BioHail to the King! is a weekly show on KCSB-FM 91.9 in Santa Barbara, also Web-casting on KCSB.org. it's my show. I play Britpop and -rock, indie, electronic, "post-rock," "punk," the occasional bit of folky countryish Americana, a smattering of gothish dark spookiness, the occasional morsel of metal, and whatever else jumps into my head when I'm manning the board.
Me, I'm 24, male, a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, and I pretend to be a journalist and they pretend to pay me. (Ba-dum ching.) I play some music myself, but not on my show, because I don't want to send the entire listening audience into paroxysms of awed sobbing, which they would certainly do because my skill is so great and my music so beautiful.
